Participate in the day to day Operations Control at areas of responsibility, and performing shift activities.
Implementation and Issuance of work permits and coordination with maintenance staff
Developing thorough understanding of Process Flow Diagrams and Process Instrumentation Diagrams
Prepare process checklist and Record keeping of daily production.
Monitoring/operating equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions
Troubleshoot and diagnose upsets and problems, and take remedial action
Maintain Log Book and write in detail about plant operation, abnormalities and maintenance jobs
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of operators
Compliance with training schedules HSE policies
Reporting to production manager on daily basis
